After nearly 2 seasons of stripping off the layers in our Naked American Studios at WNYC and WQXR, The Naked American Songbook accepted an invitation from the Lincoln Center Library for the performing arts to take our little show live in front of a rabid, songbook-obsessed crown at the library's Bruno Walter auditorium. Our guest was indy-rock legend Stephin Merritt, mastermind of the Magnetic Fields, Gothic Archies and many other sublime groups and ensembles.
